Hi!
I need help with A2P registration on Twilio for two separate use cases:
1. Internal Company Messaging
This number will only be used within a business, for communication between employees (e.g., HR messages, internal orders, etc.).Question: Do I still need to complete A2P registration for this internal-only usage?
2. B2C Messaging with Verbal Opt-In
This number will be used to message customers. Here's how we handle consent:Customers call us first (inbound), and during the call, we ask:"Can we text you updates by SMS?"They verbally agree.
Question: How do I describe this verbal opt-in to Twilio during the A2P registration process? (it already failed once)
