Trying to keep up with every AI tool is the fastest way to fall behind
I mean it
Every single day there is a new model drop,
a new framework,
a new "this changes everything" launch on LinkedIn
And I see the same pattern play out constantly
People buy subscriptions to every new AI tool that comes out
They spend a weekend exploring it
They make something ordinary with it
Then the next tool drops and they repeat the whole cycle
Weeks go by. Nothing ships
That is not learning
That is consumption with extra steps
AI is supposed to save you time, reduce your workload, and help you move faster
Not give you a new hobby of collecting tools you barely use
The builders I actually respect are not the ones who have tried every model They are the ones who picked two or three tools, got genuinely good at them, and kept shipping
That is where the edge comes from
Not from knowing about everything
From executing with something
I use Claude for thinking and writing
n8n and Claude code for automation
One or two other tools for specific tasks
That is it
Same stack for months
The output keeps getting better because I am not starting over every week
Every hour you spend chasing the next launch is an hour you are not building
The gap between people who consume AI content and people who ship with AI is only getting wider
