🚀 New Video: I'm (Politely) Begging You to Automate Your Business With AI Before It's Too Late
Nearly 100 businesses later, the same pattern keeps showing up. The owners who got AI working didn't start with a tool. They started with one number, then went through the same six steps, in the same order. • Step 1, find the leverage: not what annoys you, but where the business actually caps out. One property manager was losing about 30% of leads to 3 to 4 hour reply times. • Step 2, do the math honestly: their projection was 73%, the actual result was 123% of the cost (about 23% net), and payback took about 9.7 months instead of 7. We show the misses on purpose. • Step 3, align the leaders: this is where most dead projects died. Write the success metric down as a number before anything gets built. My take: The honest part is the misses, a conversion rate one point short and a payback that ran late. If a number only works in the best case, don't build it. And the audit is the step most people skip, and it's the one I can't do for you in a video. 📎 Full guide PDF pinned below: all six steps, the scorecard, the honest misses, and the checklist. Free live workshop on the audit, Wednesday October 7 at 7pm ET: details are in the video description. 👉 Which of the six steps do you think your business is missing first? Tell me in the comments. What do you actually get if you upgrade to AI Accelerator+?
What do you actually get if you upgrade to AI Accelerator+? Some of you have never heard of AI Accelerator+. Others have, but the part that trips you up is the actual difference between this free group and the paid one. Either way, this post will give you clarity. ───The Free Group─── This free group is a bundle of quick resources pulled from my YouTube videos, plus a massive open community that anyone can join. We’re 19,000+ strong in here. It’s a great place to get your bearings and see what’s possible. But because it’s open to everyone, it can get noisy and overwhelming. There’s no clear path through it. You can get help from other members, but I rarely answer questions in here myself. AI Accelerator+ Is The Opposite AI Accelerator+ is a smaller room of people who are seriously committed to building with AI, automating their work, and either landing paid opportunities or making their own business leaner. Me and my team are in there every single day. Not a moderator. Not a chatbot. Me and the engineers I actually pay to build this stuff. And right now, it’s tiny on purpose. We’re in the founders stage. That means two things: 1. The price is the lowest it will ever be. 2. You get a level of access you literally cannot get once this room fills up. When you’re one of 30 people instead of one of 19,000, I actually see your questions. ─── Here’s What You Get Inside ─── 1. Two live calls every week. 2. One technical office-hours session with my CTO Keshav, where you bring whatever you’re stuck on and we build and solve it live. 3. One general Q&A with me, where you get direct access to ask me anything — strategy, tools, your specific situation. 4. Full training on the stuff that actually matters right now.** 5. Building agentic workflows. 6. Vibe-coding real apps. 7. Using Claude Code, Codex, and the tools serious builders are using today. 8. And we update it constantly. The way you build today has already moved on from where it was six months ago, and the training moves with it.

Own the Boring Intelligence > Rent the Exceptional Intelligence
Every time your business uses AI, you’re basically renting compute from someone else. For the hard, weird, high-value stuff? That makes sense. But for the same repetitive workflows running thousands or millions of times? Maybe not forever. That’s the idea behind my newest video. The future of AI probably isn’t all-cloud or all-local. It’s hybrid: Own the boring intelligence. Rent the exceptional intelligence. Watch here: https://youtu.be/lKQmIxmde3M?si=abHmgaC_Q_0ixCTU Curious if you agree — where do you think the cutoff is between what a business should own vs rent?

The #1 project on GitHub — God's Eye View
A developer open sourced a live spy-satellite globe you can run in your browser for free. Real flights, real military traffic, real cargo ships, real public cameras, real fires burning right now — one Earth you can spin and search. Here's why it matters 👇 Every Monday you rebuild the same report. Four exports, a pivot table, a chart pasted into a doc, and one number you're not quite sure about. That globe is structurally the same object: a dozen live feeds pulled onto one page so somebody can make a decision. The only difference is nobody built yours. Now a coding agent will — but only if you make it interview you about the report BEFORE it writes any code. A lazy prompt gets you a beautiful dashboard of the wrong numbers. The full step-by-step guide is attached to this post as an HTML file. Inside: the free keyless install (two paths, no terminal needed), the exact interview and build prompts, and a table of what to point the agent at first vs what will burn you. 👉 Grab the HTML here https://claude.ai/artifact/Ch5KUL1FjkqUuktvK7xSAH Then tell me what your Monday report actually is 👇
