I’ve been working on your funnel in System.io and encountered a few issues I’d like your advice on. While assisting with the initial problem, I shared a copy of my funnel. However, once it was opened, her original funnel disappeared. I’ve since helped reconnect everything, including setting up tags and automation rules, and those aspects seem to be working fine now.
The main issue is that the emails being sent out are still the old ones, not the updated versions we’ve set. Despite my efforts, I haven’t been able to locate the old emails or anything related to her old funnel in System.io.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas on how we might resolve this?
