Hi, I'm Alex!
Five years ago, when Andrew and I started building IBDCoach together, I began my journey to heal the self-diagnosed IBS I had dealt with my entire life. Systema is the company we've wanted to build from the very beginning.
Today, I'm the healthiest I've ever been. My awareness around food and my ability to take care of my body and mind have exponentially increased.
