One of the biggest misconceptions about grief support is that people need the perfect thing to say.
Most of the time, they don't.
They need someone willing to be curious, present, and unafraid of the conversation.
These are five simple questions I keep coming back to when supporting grieving individuals. They create space for stories, meaning, and connection without trying to fix, solve, or rush the grief.
