Breakfast bites
Hi all,
I wanted to share a recipe I make every year during the fast, I’m not sure if it,
or something similar has already been shared.
I use them mostly for an on the go breakfast but they make a great snack too:
-2 or 3 mashed bananas
-natural unsweetened peanut butter
-oats
-chopped pecans
-cinnamon
-vanilla
Pinch of coarse salt
I mix everything together & drop tablespoons of mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet
-bake at 350* for about 18 minutes or until lightly browned
-store in air tight container
Sorry I don’t have exact measurements I just mix it up till it’s like “cookie dough”
Also, you can add so many things to this recipe
all kinds of nuts, seeds, dried fruit
(I use whatever I have on hand that is allowed during the fast)
