My hidden payoff was realizing that staying where I am protects me from failure, guilt and the possibility of disappointing people.
But that protection is costing me more than I realised. It keeps me from fully committing to something and seeing what I’m capable of.
I don’t want fear to keep making my decisions for me. I want to build something I’m proud of, while still being intentional about protecting the people and time that matter most to me. ❤️
