Day 2 Check-in
Today was a good day for me. Ava is absolutely fantastic. I noticed that instead of me waking up and immediately being sucked into the negative thoughts and thinking about everything that's going wrong in my life, I immediately caught myself and regulated my thoughts.....Ava taught me that.
One thing I would have done differently without Ava, i would have avoided sending an important text to somebody because I would have worried what they were going to think of me. Ava told me that i am avoidant and I fear rejection. But i sent that text, and i also followed up on a lead and got a commitment out of them.
