We teach a system of universal connection that incorporates breathwork, along with physical movements that bend reality, plus the ethical foundational work that will allow the practitioner to continually advance in their personal progress. We teach Zen meditation and study ancient spiritual texts in a non-dogmatic way. So, no matter your background, you are welcome here as long as you come with an open mind and an open heart.
