in or outstate LLC
Hello, I live in Illinois and was wondering if I should file for an LLC in my home state, or do Wyoming, Delaware, or Nevada? From what I'm seeing Illinois is not an ideal area to file an LLC, but I also keep reading about how doing it in your home state will simplify and ultimately be better. Plz help, and thank you.
