Use this technique when you need that instant quick Stress relief!
Deep Breathing For Instant Stress Relief.
Breathe in through the nose in 3 sharp breaths, and hold for 3 seconds on the third count.
Slowly release the breath through the mouth while counting to 5 at the same time as relaxing the shoulders.
Repeat this several times if needed!
