💸 How the SunMoney Payout Cycle Works – Clear and Simple

Many members ask when payouts arrive, so here is a short and easy explanation of how the SunMoney payout cycle works.

The system follows two payout periods:

🟦 1st Period: From the 26th of the previous month to the 10th of the current month

👉 If you initiate your payout from your Wallet during this periodand confirm it through the link sent in the email,the payout will be processed on the 15th of the month.

🔸 If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday,the payout will be completed on the next working day.

🟧 2nd Period: From the 11th to the 25th of the current month

👉 If you initiate the payout and confirm it during this period,the payout will be processed on the 1st day of the following month.

🔸 If the 1st is not a working day,the system will complete the payout on the next working day.

📌 Example 1:

You initiate the payout: November 7
You confirm the email link: November 7➡️ Your payout will be processed on November 15If the 15th is a Sunday, the payout will be made on November 17 (Monday).

📌 Example 2:

You initiate the payout: November 22
You confirm it on: November 22➡️ Your payout will be processed on December 1If the 1st is a Saturday, the payout will be made on December 2 (Monday).

✔️ Important notes

A payout is only processed if you confirm it via the link in the email.
Because of non-working days, payouts are always made on the earliest possible business day.
Requests submitted in the Wallet are automatically assigned to the correct payout cycle.
