Reiki Practice Tip: Bless and Release
Healers, a gentle reminder about one of the most important moments of any session—the ending.
Always close your practice with a clear energetic intention. Bless each individual who participated, including yourself, and consciously release the session to the Divine to be transformed into pure love and light.
I'm adding two versions as a guide to share:
Mantra Version. "I bless this work, I release all outcomes, and I trust the Divine to carry this energy into perfect love and light."
Closing Phrase. "This session is now complete. I bless all who participated, including myself, and I release this work to the Divine to be transformed into pure love and light. And so it is."
Let go of any urge to do, to guide, or to fix. Offer all outcomes to the Divine with trust.
Bless.
Release.
Rest in faith.
