5 minutes = calmer mornings tomorrow.
Hack: Tonight, have your child (or student/you) pick one priority for tomorrow and write it on a sticky note. Put the note on the place they’ll see first in the morning (mirror, backpack, bedside).
Why it works: It's visual. Reduces decision fatigue, improves task initiation, and creates one small win first thing.
