Breaking new
When I started my first business, I had to constantly remind myself that I was no longer an employee. After years of being conditioned to think like one, the shift to a true business-owner mindset didn’t happen overnight.
You don’t have to keep building someone else’s dream. Instead, take your skills and exchange them for value in the marketplace not just your time. Time can’t be scaled, but valuethrough a product or service—can.
Over time, you’ll also notice a change in your environment. The colleagues you once related to as an employee may no longer connect with you, simply because your mindset and path have shifted.
