The Beginning of Something Great!
Hi Everyone!
My name is Michelle, but my friends call me Shelly. I want to create a community where like minded moms, dads, aunts, uncles, and grandparents can gather together and share life’s experiences. The ups and the downs and how you got through it. I want a community of empathy and encouragement with honest hearted advice.
Something about me… I have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. I have been a single mom during a large part of my life, so I understand the struggles faced with trying to make ends meet and taking the calculator to the grocery store. I have had little and abundance at various stages of my life. I went through fire, literally… 2018 Camp Fire Paradise, CA… lost my community. One year later, my husband passed away unexpectedly. I know how quickly life can change. Then Covid hit us all 1 month later and locked us all down. For sure many of us have faced various challenges and also triumphs. Let’s gather together and share. What challenges or wins do you have? Ask your questions, be heard, encourage. The more we give, the more we grow and together we will succeed.
