Transcripts and notarized documents
Hey Mr William I had a question, for the some scholarships I've been seeing that some they list transcript in the requirements, my high school certificate already has grades on it so I wanted to ask if it's still required to request for the grades of the previous classes in high school before the graduation class and also for the certificate when applying do I use a scan of the original or am I supposed to get it notarized and then upload that one and not the scan of the original
