Sometimes the right decision is knowing when it's time to change direction.

Over the past several weeks, we've talked about clarity, the cost of indecision, taking action, and accepting tradeoffs.

Today, I'm putting those lessons into practice.

Effective next Monday, November 9, I'll be sunsetting this Skool community and moving The Monday Decision to LinkedIn.

Why?

Because growth sometimes requires us to simplify, refocus, and put our energy where we can make the greatest impact.

I'm grateful to everyone who's been part of this community and this journey.

The mission hasn't changed: helping people move from uncertainty to clarity, from stuck to unstuck, and from decisions to meaningful action.
