What I have noticed...
in following the principles taught in your book, especially the pause, has been life changing. What a simple thing to do, even though difficult at times, that makes such a difference. That pause allows me to gather my thoughts, acknowledge feelings instead of suppressing them, and make better responses. Praying each morning for help in recognizing when tension is beginning to build has also been key. I'm looking forward to the next step in my learning of emotional intelligence!
