This community has never just been about nurses.
It’s about every life touched by one.
Some of you wear the badge yourselves.
Some of you have a mother, father, sister, brother, partner, or friend who does.
Some of you simply care deeply about the future of nursing, knowing that when nurses are strong, whole communities rise.
Over the last seven years, we’ve carried the weight of change together — through burnout and breakthroughs, through three rebrands, through countless conversations about what it really means to reclaim our power, root in connection, and rise into something stronger.
And now, we’ve arrived at a milestone: a new mark that carries that story.
Not just a logo, but a symbol of our shared resilience, our belonging, and our future.
You’ll see it soon. But first, I wanted you to feel it. Because this symbol isn’t mine alone — it belongs to each of you who has ever given, received, or fought for the care of a nurse.
