I've been training my whole life.
Lifting, grappling, moving — it's not something I do, it's who I am.
And like a lot of you, I've had my share of injuries. The kind that don't just hurt physically but mess with your head. Because when you've built your identity around being an active person, being told to stop — even temporarily — feels like losing a part of yourself.
That's what drove me into rehab chiropractic. Not just to fix pain, but to figure out how to keep people like us in the game. Active adults who aren't ready to trade their training shoes for a rocking chair. People who have too much left to do to sit on the sidelines.
Over 11 years in the clinic, I kept seeing the same story. Athletes in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who had been told to rest, avoid, and modify — indefinitely. Who had accepted that breaking down was just part of getting older.
I don't believe that. And I built this community for people who don't believe it either.
This isn't a place for people who are ready to slow down. It's a place for people who are looking for a smarter way to keep going.
Whoever you are, whatever you train — welcome. I'm glad you're here.
