Website/App functionality issues
Hi! Are any of you guys having issues with the app or website?
I signed up for the free trial and to bill monthly today and I am having some issues. It looks like the link has 2 accounts for me for some reason. I went in on STRIQ to manage my subscription and get rid of one of them. When I put my email address in it says that I don't have an account.
I am however logged in and can see the basics of the site. It doesn't seem like its fully functional though as it was in the demo. At the bottom it says to "upgrade my plan to get additional info on this property"
I thought there was only on level of service, but billed 2 different ways.
Anyone else having these issues?
