New from Colorado Springs

Hi everyone. My wife, Kelly and I live in Colorado Springs. We're new to STR and have worked with long term rentals in the past.

We are hunting for our first deal in a few different states, and hope to close and launch in the next 90 days.

We also want to find co-host opportunities along the way. I'd love to have 2 of those within 90 days as well. Good luck to everybody,
