Yesterday was Father’s Day
Yesterday was Father’s Day.
Maybe you were honored.Maybe you received a few gifts.
Maybe your kids called.Maybe friends sent texts.
Maybe someone simply said, “Thank you.”
But here’s the question I’ve been asking myself this morning: How will yesterday change the man I become today?
Honor is wonderful.
But honor isn’t the destination.
It’s a reminder.
A reminder that people love you.People believe in you.
People are counting on you.
So don’t let Father’s Day be something you celebrate once a year and then forget by Tuesday.
Wake up with conviction.
Wake up with purpose.
Get your workout in.
Read your scriptures.
Say your prayers.
Dedicate yourself to God.
Dedicate yourself to your goals.
Dedicate yourself to the family who loves you, honors you, and supports you.
The greatest way to thank those who celebrated you yesterday…
Is to become the man they believe you can be.
Lead with strength. Live with purpose. Leave a legacy.
