- 5:00–6:00 PM MST (Denver, Phoenix)
- 4:00–5:00 PM PST (Los Angeles, Seattle)
- 3:00–4:00 PM AKST (Anchorage)
- 1:00–2:00 PM HST (Honolulu)

- No talking
- One full hour of writing
- No editing — just get the words down
