Inside Heel Hooks
This goal is something I am personally working on. My leg lock game has always been primarily outside heel hook, Aoki, achilles lock or some variation of these. Seeing Pawel Jaworski bringing the inside heel hook back into the highest level competitions has inspired me to temporarily remove all other leg locks from my game until my inside heel hook catches up. Attached is one of many inside heel hook finishes make by Pawel, hunt for saddle and 50/50 and don't settle for subpar finishing mechanics!https://youtu.be/uNUo16LJ-UQ?si=yW5IZaTcizp7jXuf
