Welcome to Still Standing: The Practice 🧡
I’m Stacey James McAdoo, and I am no stranger to the weight of the world. After losing my father to murder, my only sibling to a car accident, and my son when he was just 24, I’ve learned that resilience isn’t just about surviving the blow...it’s about what you do with the pieces that remain.
Beyond the weight of my own losses & deep personal betrayals, I have spent two decades teaching the power of voice. What I’ve discovered is simple: to truly heal, we need more than just a place to be still. We need a Practice.
Utilizing the Art Action™ methodology, this sanctuary helps you navigate grief and transitions by:
  • Releasing: Shedding the stagnant weight of loss, betrayals & transitions.
  • Externalizing: Using creative expression & experiences to give form to what words can’t.
  • Building: Using a structured framework to design your next chapter.
Your story is no longer a weight; it is your medium. Join us in the practice of becoming. You are still standing.
