What You’ll Do:
• Handle up to 8–10 sales calls per day (discovery and closing)
• Conduct structured qualification and strategy calls using our framework
• Close high-ticket B2B clients and hit revenue targets
• Follow up with no-shows and re-engage prospects who didn’t buy
• Manage and update CRM daily with clear notes and next steps
• Send personalized follow-ups and Loom videos to move deals forward
• Maintain full control of pipeline and ensure no warm lead is left behind
• Attend weekly trainings and role-plays, implementing feedback fast
• Continuously improve questioning, objection handling, and closing performance
• Work EU hours (full-time position) and follow a proven outreach playbook
Who We’re Looking For:
• Based in the EU, North America, South Africa, or lived there 10+ years
• Understand the agency market
• Coachable and willing to work hard to develop yourself
• Fully committed (no side hustles or part-time roles)
• Extroverted and comfortable speaking to people all day
• Fluent English with clear, neutral accent
• Hungry for sales and ready to grind
• Disciplined, reliable, and performance-driven
• Experience with Clay, Instantly, or HeyReach is a plus
• Experience as a setter or closer increases your chances
