It's good to start every morning with
If you can't do that, then have the steps you can and add in lots of smoothies!
Stay fat free until dinner time if possible.
For dinner you can have guacamole!
This is a fast and simple way I make my guacamole.
The guacamole is (2 avocados mashed with a tomato & red onion)
You can add some fresh lemon or lime juice, but I didn't this time.
