Know the main types of rentals
- Warmmiete (warm rent): Includes rent + utilities (heating, water, sometimes internet)
- Kaltmiete (cold rent): Base rent only (you pay utilities separately)
- WG (Wohngemeinschaft): Shared apartment (very common and cheaper)
- Unmobliert (unfurnished): Often means completely empty-even no kitchen!
