Week 9 is live in the Classroom
Head to the Sermon on the Mount course and open Week 9 — Blessed Are the Persecuted.
This is the final Beatitude. The only one Jesus repeats. The only one He addresses personally — not "blessed are those," but blessed are you.
He makes it personal because the pressure is going to feel personal when it comes. And He gives the most counterintuitive command in the entire Sermon on the Mount: rejoice. Be exceedingly glad.
