How I would start a Skool Community($400k+ earned on platform)
this is all going to sound very easy to do, but it is all about the details, I have attached videos to these as well
  1. Define Your Niche Clearly
This is the pinnacle of what you will be going after and will also influence every aspect of the business
Your niche is who you serve, I am an epoxy floor coating business owner and I help epoxy floor coating business owners get more business
because of this, my free group is also all about floor coating in every aspect, marketing, sales and operations
This gives me a clear niche to serve. It also provides endless content to create for them that is valuable to them. I share my insights, answer their questions, and keep up with the industry.
So find your specific niche that you believe you can help out either monetarily or through being an affiliate of that niche
Health, Wealth and Relationships are the top niches in general because they tap on the most important influences for humans in general, wanting to live a healthy life, make a lot of money while still having great relationships, platonic and sexually
This won't go out of fashion for a long time lol
Hobbies can also be a great niche to share everything to do with that
What can you help them with?
Saving time, maximizing profit, increasing profit, increasing efficiency, teaching a skill, providing educational content?
This will be through organic social media channels,
google SEO
facebook / insta ads
google ads
tiktok organic or ads
facebook / insta / yt organic
linkedin
reddit
This will be largely wherever your ideal target market is located at, for professionals maybe linkedin, for most of them Youtube organic and facebook/insta ads will be the easiest jump to start seeing if you can get a ROI from spending money to either get people into your free group so you can ascend them over time or go straight to sales calls and then have them join your paid community
It's just a math problem at that time, for instance I can get a call for $100 and I would close at 40%, that was $250 to acquire a customer and my offer is $998/mo and on average they stay 4 months,
I am spending $250 on ads to have someone give me $4000
Every $1 I put into ads I get $16 back within 4 months
and I'm still trying to get that higher
4. From here just keep optimizing to get your customer acquisition as long as you possible can while scaling as high as you would like to and iterate based upon what is currently dragging you from the next level
Let me know below if yall have any questions about this or want me to go more in-depth on any topic
