These activities or traits seem to come up often as the most important key success factors.
- Consistency is key. Keep at it and recognise that early efforts are unlikely to produce immediate results.
- Doing the things that move the needle. What specific actions get you to where you want to be?
- Spend your time wisely, as there is limited time available.
- Analysing what worked and what didn’t.
- Changing what didn’t work.
- Start to like what you consistently do. The more you become comfortable with it, the more you like it.
- Keep it simple (not complicated)
- Limit the number of tasks you do and track.
Number 6 is an interesting one. You may not like something initially because it is uncomfortable. As you do it more, and you become more comfortable with it, you may start to like it.
