Hi everyone! My name is Malkia Zimbi. I am 46 years old, Ethiopian🇪🇹 by heritage, and born in the United States. I have been in education for over 26 years, working in both charter and public schools, and I currently serve as Founder and CEO of Prepared Pathway Solutions in North Potomac.
I am passionate about shaping the next generation of independent thinkers and fostering growth for students, teachers, and parents alike. I am new to this community, but I am excited to learn, connect, and share ideas on education, leadership, and personal growth.
