I hope each of you had a Merry Christmas! I am announcing here first.....
I am opening a Fitness Studio 🎉
I had dreams of opening my own personal fitness studio when I first started Gym 1777 three years ago. I didn't know if it would ever happen, which is why my focus became online training.
Well I listened to an amazing podcast episode and immediately knew that this was my next step in my business, and I should absolutely go for it!
So what does this mean for you fabulous ladies?!
1. I will continue to train personally through my 3 different offers.
~Start Strong Program (Module guide to teach you everything about strength training)
~Mastering Macros Program (learn how to count your macros and implement them daily)
~Fitness Friends Online ( a monthly membership for guided workouts)
These programs will all be through email from now on.
