What do you charge?

I've been in contact with 3 subs. I got my website almost ready to go and Im getting so close to being able to start marketing. I thought I knew my prices but now Im stuck in my own head. How do you guys charge? Square feet? Hourly? Number of rooms? A mix? Im curious to how your pricing strategy has worked for you. Im starting to get into contact with the local cleaning companies around my target area so I can better understand this from them as well
