Healing Light Meditation:
Just listened to Sarah’s Healing Light Meditation and felt my sacral Chakra really purge. Memories I’d long forgotten, all bad from sexual encounters left me. I got sick after physically. I feel very cleansed now. The word “coherent” Sarah called making our Chakras in sync with reality really soaked in. Mine has been in sync with childhood sexual Abuse from adoptive parents. Grateful to have cleansed and feel a new awareness! Brilliant!! Thank you!!
