Stay in It
This Season Requires Endurance
āWe are troubled on every side, yet not distressed⦠cast down, but not destroyed.ā
2 Corinthians 4:8ā9 (KJV)
Family⦠š
I want to check in a little different today.
Not just about where you are spiritually⦠but how youāre actually holding up.
We have all the tools.
We know how to pray.
We know how to stay in our Word.
We know how to correct ourselves, grow, and keep moving forward.
Weāre doing the work.
But what happens when life keeps lifing?
When itās not just one thing⦠itās everything at the same time.
Your relationships feel off.
Work is stressful.
Money is tight.
Your mind is struggling to stay positive⦠and youāve already been here a million times.
You stay in your word and prayer.
You get hit and fall down.
You get back up, hold your head high, and push through.
You feel like youāre losing⦠but you still trust God for your breakthrough.
Then life hits again.
Wash, rinse, repeat⦠lol.
So now the question isnātā¦
āWhat do I do?ā
Itāsā¦
āDo I have the strength to keep doing it?ā
This is where spiritual strength and maintenance really show up.
Not when everything is calm⦠but when you have to keep choosing faith after youāve already been tested.
Spiritual strength isnāt about never getting hitā¦
itās about how quickly you come back.
How you get your mind back in alignment.
How you choose not to stay down.
How you keep standing, even when youāre tired.
And maintenanceā¦
thatās what keeps you from running on empty.
Thatās making time with God about you first.
Checking your thoughts before they take over.
Letting things go instead of carrying them all day.
Refilling before youāre completely drained.
So keep doing what you know works.
Even if itās quiet, repetitive and youāre tired.
Because youāve already proven something to God and yourselfā¦
You donāt stay down.
Ask Yourself
1ļøā£ When you think about your current walk with God⦠do you feel connected, consistent, or just going through the motions?
2ļøā£ What has affected your spiritual motivation lately?
3ļøā£ Be real..are you showing up because you want to⦠or because you know youāre supposed to?
4ļøā£ What does your time with God look like right now?
5ļøā£ Whatās one thing you KNOW you need to get back to spiritually?
6ļøā£ When I get hit, how long does it take me to get back in position?
7ļøā£ Am I actually living what Iāve learned⦠or just hearing and not applying it?
Keys to Staying in Position When Life Keeps Hitting
1ļøā£ Donāt reset every time life hits
Pick back up where you are..donāt start from zero.
2ļøā£ Use what you know works
Prayer, stillness, and discipline.
3ļøā£ Shorten your recovery time
This is not about being hit.. itās about learning how to bounce back more quickly.
4ļøā£ Stop expecting it to feel easy
Some seasons require endurance, not comfort.
5ļøā£ Stay in position, even when itās quiet
Consistency matters more than intensity.
6ļøā£ Donāt let your mind run unchecked
Catch it early. Bring it back. Stay grounded.
7ļøā£ Give yourself credit for still standing
You didnāt quit and that matters.
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for keeping me, even in seasons that feel heavy.
You see the pressure, the repetition, the moments where it feels like Iām doing everything right and still getting tested.
Strengthen me in those moments.
Help me not to lose my position when life hits.
Remind me to use what I already know⦠and to stay grounded in You.
Give me the discipline to keep showing up, even when Iām tired.
And help me trust that this season is producing something in me that Iāll need later.
In Jesusā name, Amen.
Decree & Declare
1ļøā£ I decree and declare that I remain steady, even under pressure.

3ļøā£ I decree and declare that I stay in prayer and in my word when life hits.
4ļøā£ I decree and declare that I stay in position, regardless of how I feel.
5ļøā£ I decree and declare that I am building strength through every challenge.
6ļøā£ I decree and declare that I am not moved by pressure. I stay grounded.
7ļøā£ I decree and declare that I will see the results of my consistency.
