MVA DAY- Obtain IDs

Hello,

Identity Access Project is hosting an upcoming MVA Day and we are reaching out to our partner organizations first to help ensure clients who are ready can access this opportunity.

This MVA Day is different from our usual Walk-In Wednesdays. In addition to the MVA being on site, the MVA is piloting technology that allows photos to be taken on site, meaning clients will not need a second trip to the MVA!

MVA Day Details

· Date: Wednesday, February 11

· Location: Franciscan Center, 101 W 23rd Street

· Appointment windows:

o 10:00–11:00 AM

o 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

o 12:00–1:00 PM

We have a limited number of appointment slots, and all clients must be pre-registered.

What We Need from Partner Organizations

To ensure the day runs smoothly, please note the following requirements. There will be no exceptions.

1. Pre-registration is required.All clients must complete the registration form in advance. This allows us to pre-register clients with the MVA and confirm eligibility.

2. Program verification letter is required.Because this email is going out to multiple programs, all clients referred by partner organizations must arrive with a verification letter on program letterhead.

o We will attach a sample letter you can use as a template.

o Clients without a verification letter will not be able to be served.

3. Clients must attend their scheduled appointment.This is a structured, appointment-based day with limited capacity. No-shows take slots away from others who could have been served.

Registration Deadline

We will open registration to the general public Monday morning.To guarantee spots for your clients, all partner-referred registrations must be completed by Friday, January 30, end of day.
