I used to think being fearless meant gritting my teeth and forcing myself through.
This week I've been sitting with a softer idea: "In fearlessness and love I spend today."
What I keep noticing is that I don't have to make myself fearless. When I'm in alignment, I feel a pull forward and expansion. It's spacious in the timing, and everything moves. When I'm not, it feels hard, like there's a lot of steps.
Fear hurries us. Our knowing never does.
And when doubt creeps in, I'm learning to be gentle with it. It isn't a flaw. It's protection we learned, back when our knowing wasn't listened to.
So here's my question for the circle: where is something rushing you right now? And if you got quiet for a moment, what would your knowing say instead?
I'd love to hear. 💛
