Positioning and rotation
This is an extremely important (maybe the most important) concept every player will have to learn to rank up past gold. It is a simple but difficult idea to grasp for most low ranked players. The idea is simple; stay away from your teammate and do not double commit. If your teammate is upfield you stay downfield or in the middle and if your teammate is defending, you go upfield or challenge. It seems simple but if both people on a team don’t know this it will be hard to win and one will have to carry the other. Positioning can also mean where you are on the field whether it’s offense or defense. Offensive positioning is where you are for your teammate to pass to you OR staying back enough when your teammate has the ball to be able to back out of the play if something goes wrong. Defensive positioning is things suck as back board defending or back post. Back post should be your default position if you are defending. There are many videos on Luke’s yt if you want to learn more and if you have any specific questions about any of this let me know down below and don’t forget to like if this was helpful. GL!!!
