Introduction…thanks for having me

Thank you for having me MasterCrashers!!!

I grew up on the Naked Gun Franchise and worshipping Airplane like so many kids who grew up in the 80s/90s

….but it wasn’t until high school when my best friend showed me a movie that changed my life: Kentucky Fried Movie. I decided then and there I was going to make funny films (or try) for a living.

KFM got me to join high school theatre and a improv group which eventually led to a (very blue collar) 20 year entertainment career ….working first as Turtle’s stand in on entourage, then as a DGA Assistant Director in TV and finally as a local 44 prop person for sitcoms—-Not glamorous …but my passion has ALWAYS been writing.

In 2025—although not the great American comedy film I’ve dreamed of writing- I did pen a movie that finally got made…The Christmas Cup which aired this past December as part of countdown to Christmas on Hallmark.

Super cheesy, I know….but when “It’s 4th and 15 and you’re looking at a full court press” …sometimes you write a saccharine sweet Xmas flick just to get something made….and as cheesy as it was, it’s still funnier than Seth MacFunless’ butcher job on the 2025 TNC.

Anyway- So elated to be here and learn from the master himself, David …and from people who appreciate true comedy, you the mastercrashers!
