I’m having a spring clean!
Just thought I’d pop on ahead of the challenge starting on Monday and tell you I’m having a spring clean! (Ok I know it’s summer in the UK 🇬🇧 -even though it’s been chucking it down here in Norfolk!)
Anyway… I digress… my spring clean involves my business not my house!
I’ve literally been throwing out anything that’s old, tired and not working as it should - like my old scheduling tool etc. I’ve cancelled it!
WHAT’S ONE THING THAT’S NOT WORKING IN YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU NEED TO CHANGE AND WHY?
