Hi Kelly & Kane and fellow students,
Just finishing up the day 4 and checking in.
I’ve never attempted the breathwork before because mainly I’ve seen a lot of things online where people are really distraught and it kind of scared me a little bit.
I like to think (LOL) I’ve got control over my emotions a lot of the time but as we know Spirit will show up as needed in their own timely manner etc and sit me on my arse a lot … anyway I’ve never tried this because of the releasing that I see people go through online .
I do follow Tim Morrison as well.
BUT can I just say (this is abit embarrassing actually) that after the 30sec pause at the end I found my hands were in the air like dinosaur claws in front of my face🥴🤣 and when I sort of dropped back in I was like wtf?! Anyway ,I thought that’s was amusing and perplexing and I just rolled with it .
I think I may incorporate this in my morning practice as I found the process very interesting .
