Hi guys. After the 6 day challenge I wanted to start moving my body more. I used to walk nearly every day but in the last 6 months I have struggled to find the motivation to do it, for a few reasons. So today I strapped the runners on and hubby and I did a 5km walk. We live in such a beautiful part of the Sunshine Coast so it’s very pretty scenery. I feel so good for doing it !
