Go to the top left of the page where you can see the group name. Click on the settings gear icon. Navigate to notifications. I recommend to leave weekly recap on, but every other setting is going to spam your inbox.

Look at the top of the page and you'll see categories running across the top. The first two are community and classroom. Click on classroom. You have access to the free meditation course to master living with peace in the present moment. Enjoy 🧘♀️
⭐️ Create your first post:
Head back to the community tab. Add your profile picture to your account. Then, create your first post. You can include:
✅️ Where you're from
✅️ Something cool about you, that most people wouldn't normally know
✅️ Your name
✅️ Experiences from your awakening journey
Post any questions you have to the community 💫
