INTRODUCTION
Hey everyone. My name is Olivia from Kenya, and I am super happy to be part of this community. Once I read the shame e-book, everything made sense immediately. From how my shame has inhibited me from living my best life, and even how the shame my matriarchal ancestors carried has been passed down from generation to generation and how they had to dim their light and their lives too. That said, I am not doing this for myself only, but for those who came before me and those who will come after me.
