After 5 days in a row of doing the first spinal awakening exercise, I noticed today this increased feeling of wellbeing. You know that feeling after a good workout and a healthy meal? Kinda just this inner vibration of “yum.” THAT. Also this sense of increased openness… again, hard to describe, but I am very excited to continue 💖
