Hi, I’m Sonya. I help smart women who’ve been knocked sideways by ADHD and perimenopause calm the chaos and feel at home in their minds and bodies again.
I’m a neurodiversity specialist, studying a Graduate Certificate in Neurodiversity at Southern Cross University. I’m also a long-time educator and pastoral leader who has supported neurodivergent teens for years.
I’m neurodivergent myself and a parent to an ADHD son and an AUDHD daughter, so I understand this from every angle. I know the brain fog, the overwhelm, and the “why can’t I get it together?” moments.
My work blends lived experience, study, and two decades of wellbeing expertise. Inside the Spice Up Your Life Collective, I focus on simple systems, brain-friendly routines, emotional regulation tools, and supportive community.
